1/17/2004 - Added Circular No. 109-L, Classification and Description of Locomotives and Tenders. A circular defining the PRR's locomotive classification with tables of specifications for each class of Locomotive active as of September 1, 1956. This is an OCR'd pdf document and was independently proofread by Bob Netzlof and Morgan Bilbo (and some sections were additionally proofread by others but unfortunately I lost my records as to whom... Thanks to everyone who helped out with this!)
