General information:

F28's are depressed well cars with 9' 6" X 10' depressed center section. Dimensions at base of depressionare 25' X 6' 8". Top of rail to floor at center is 2' 9 3/4" and at ends 4' 1 5/8". Two, six wheel trucks with 39'truck centers.
