John Bull
A pioneer American train drawn by the famous "JohnBull" locomotive, imported from England in July
1831. The "John Bull" train made its first trip inthe neighborhood of Bordentown, N. J., November 12,
1831, on the Camden and Amboy Railroad, now a partof the Pennsylvania Railroad System.

1st Through Train - NYC to Washington
Another train of the middle nineteenth century, thefirst through express to operate between New York
and Washington. This train made its first trip onNovember 23, 1863. The railroad lines it traversed all
now form a part of the Pennsylvania Railroad System.
